Patricia Bullrich

Patricia Bullrich is a prominent Argentine politician known for her staunch conservative views and long career in public service. Born in 1956, she has held various positions throughout her career, evolving from a leftist activist in her youth to a strong advocate for law and order and free-market economics. Bullrich’s political journey began in the Juventud Peronista, a left-wing Peronist youth movement. However, her political ideology shifted significantly over time. In the 1990s, she served as Secretary of Penal Policy under President Carlos Menem, taking a tough-on-crime approach. She then became Minister of Labor under President Fernando de la Rúa.
